What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. We also use similar technologies such as your browser's local storage. Some are needed for the site to work; others only run if you agree.
How we use them
Essential
Remember your cookie choice, keep card payments secure and power address suggestions while you type (Google Maps - what you type is sent to Google; you can also just type the address yourself). They cannot be switched off because the site would not work safely without them.

Statistics without cookies (Plausible)
We also use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that counts visits without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without personal data. Because it does not read or write anything on your device, it does not need a cookie choice.
Your choices
- When you first visit, you can accept all, reject all or customise. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can still book with every option.
- You can change your mind at any time: use the cookie icon at the bottom left of any page, the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or the button on this page. Withdrawing analytics consent stops Google Analytics and deletes its cookies.
- We ask again after 6 months. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.
Third parties
Google (Analytics, Maps) and Stripe may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards described in their own privacy policies. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept Analytics; Google Maps is used for address suggestions while you type in the booking forms.
Your rights and contact
