Terms - cancellation, waiting time, fixed prices
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full. Policy pending final confirmation.
Fixed prices
Every transfer is charged at the fixed price shown when you book, per curated route and vehicle (passengers + luggage capacity). No meter, no traffic surcharge. A fare is only computed once pickup, drop-off, date/time, passengers and vehicle are all valid - otherwise the quote request is rejected (422).
Cancellation & refund
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Beyond that, a fee may apply depending on notice. Manage via Cancel order with your booking reference.
Waiting time & flight tracking
60 minutes of free waiting time is included at every pickup - airport, hotel, home or any other address. After that, a €50 per hour waiting fee applies. On airport routes, share your flight number and we'll track delays and adjust your pickup time accordingly.
What’s included
- Licensed VTC driver, recent Mercedes vehicle, non-smoking
- Pickup at address or arrivals hall with name board
- Luggage within the capacity shown per vehicle
- Flight tracking and time adjustment (if flight number provided)
- 60 minutes of free waiting, then €50/hour
