Modification by Black Fast Transfert: Black Fast Transfert reserves the right to modify the service in case of unforeseen circumstances, informing the customer as soon as possible and offering an alternative solution.
Cancellation by Black Fast Transfert: In case of force majeure or safety concerns, Black Fast Transfert may cancel the reservation by informing the customer through any available means.
Prices: Service prices are indicated on the website and may vary depending on the destination, type of vehicle, and time of booking.
Payment: Payment must be made online at the time of booking. Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or any other payment method accepted by our platform.
Refund Policy: In case of cancellation by the customer within the specified time, a refund will be issued according to the terms indicated at the time of booking. No refunds will be made for cancellations outside the specified time or for no-shows.

Behavior: The customer must behave respectfully towards the driver and the vehicle. In case of damage to the vehicle, repair costs may be charged to the customer.
Timeliness: The customer must be present at the agreed pick-up time and location. Any delay by the customer may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service without refund.
Black Fast Transfert cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic jams, weather conditions, technical incidents, etc.). In case of force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a transfer. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle after the end of the service.
Personal information collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is used solely for managing the reservation and is not shared with third parties without the customer's consent.
In case of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact our customer service for an amicable resolution. Failing that, any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts. These GTS are governed by French law.
